Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 24 hours after delivery due to the perishable nature of bread. If more than 24 hours have passed since you received your bread, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the bread must remain unopened in its original packaging and show no signs of tampering. The item should also be stored properly as per the care instructions provided at the time of purchase.
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Bread showing signs of improper storage (e.g., exposure to high temperatures or moisture).
- Partially consumed or opened bread packages.
- Bread purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
Refund Process
If you believe your bread is defective or not as described, please contact us at {email address} within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the product.
Upon verification, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace bread products if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at {email address} with proof of damage, and we will arrange for an exchange or replacement.
